1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Timeframes:

  • Cancellations can be made through the KTS Cabs  or by contacting our customer support. The cancellation timeframe determines whether a cancellation fee applies.
    • 1.1.1   Within 2 Hours of Booking: No cancellation fee.
    • 1.1.2   After 2 Hours and Before Pickup: [50% Of Booking Amount Can be refunded].
    • 1.1.3   Before 24 Hours of Pickup:  [50% Of Booking Amount Can be refunded or Booking Can be Reschduled with 10% Extra Charge].
    • 1.1.4   Before 48 Hours of Pickup:  [50% Of Booking Amount can be refunded or Booking Can be Extended with No Extra Charge]

1.2 No-Show Policy:

  • If the passenger is not present at the designated pickup location within 45 Min, the ride is considered a no-show, and the full fare is applicable.

1.3 Driver Cancellations:

  • In the rare event of a driver cancellation, the passenger will be notified, and efforts will be made to assign an alternative driver promptly.if in case No Driver Available, full payment will be refunded

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are processed based on the following criteria:
    • 2.1.1 Cancellation within 5 minutes: Full refund.
    • 2.1.2 Cancellation after 5 minutes and Before Pickup: Partial refund after deducting the cancellation fee.
    • 2.1.3 No-Show: No refund.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 24 Hours after the cancellation is confirmed. The actual refund timeline may vary based on external factors such as payment method and banking processes.

2.3 Payment Method for Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking. If the payment was made in cash, the refund will be processed through an alternative method agreed upon with the passenger.

3. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

3.1 Technical Glitches:

  • In the event of technical glitches or errors that result in unintended cancellations or charges, KTS Cabs Pvt.Ltd. will investigate and rectify the issue promptly. Refunds will be issued if applicable.

3.2 Exceptional Circumstances:

  • KTS Cabs Pvt.Ltd.  understands that certain situations may warrant exceptions to the standard policies. Requests for exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
